Bruce Kirkby, Starboard Dream Team rider and adventurer, has created this awesome video to explain the amazing benefits of ‘Nordic Double Poling’ as the ideal cross-training sport for paddle boarding training.
Nordic Double Poling technique uses a very similar action to those used in the SUP paddles stroke and therefore has so many great synergies for maintaining one’s SUP paddling fitness during winter in places that experience snowy winters.
