The 2021 Corsica Paddle Trophy SUP racing event took place in the bay of Ajaccio between the Sanguinaires, Ajaccio, Porticcio and the south of the bay. The weekend’s festivities began on Friday 22nd and ran through until Sunday and consisted of 3 main events: 15km, 12, and 11km races.
Dream Team riders Clément Colmas (New Caledonia) and Martin Vitry (France) were in town to take part in the SUP racing action, where they finished 2nd and 3rd respectively in all the 3 races. New Caledonian talent and ICF SUP Racing World Champion Noic Garioud proved to be too strong and took the win in all 3 events to take home the main title of Corsica Paddle Trophy Champion.
Here are some action photos from the weekend’s SUP racing action and words from our team riders of how the weekend went down.
