Starboard domination continued last weekend in Sieravuori, Finland during week 10 of the Eurotour presented by the Tiki brand with the third event win of Leonard Nika, the Italian Dream Team rider. Leo is the only male athlete with three wins in the Eurotour (Portugal, Greece and Finland), placing him in fourth position on the general Eurotour scoreboard behind his two fellow Dream Team riders Connor Baxter and Michael Booth and the third place Frenchman Titouan Puyo.
Leonard finished the long distance race with almost three minutes advantage over second place Paolo Marconi due to his superior strength but also the decisive choice of the Starboard Ace board for the first ever downwind race in Finland. He then went to also win the JM Survivor format technical race the following day to seal his third Eurotour win.
We’ll see this upcoming weekend for Eurotour week #11 in Noli, Italy if Leonard Nika can take a fourth event win in his home country.
