GESCHWEISSTE RAILS (KANTEN)

  • Jedes Starboard Inflatable kommt in “Welding Technology” mit geschweißten Rails auf den Markt. Die Benchmark für langlebige, formstabile und hochwertige Stand Up Paddle Boards.
  • Die Kanten werden dafür mit einer neuen Technologie zu einer Lage verschweißt. Das macht sie deutlich langlebiger, umweltverträglicher und leichter als handelsübliche geklebte Rails. Laminierte Rails sind so besonders, da es technisch sehr aufwendig ist, die runde Form der Bug- und Heckkante zu schweißen.

RIGID FEELING

  • Die “Double Chamber” Technologie verleiht dem kompletten Board eine höhere Steifigkeit. So wird für ein Inflatable Board unglaublich viel Power und Manöverfähigkeit erzeugt.
  • Die zweite Kammer ist weit in den vorderen Bereich des Boards gesetzt worden um dem Shape mehr Kontrolle zu verpassen und Flex der Nose zu verhindern.

This is your board if you want to go surfing and don’t want to struggle with airline’s baggage policies. Based on the composite outline, the narrow nose does not get caught through your turns. The wide standing area gives you the stability and the pulled in tail makes for reactive turning on your command.

The new 8’7 ” x32” is based on the composite Wedge board of the same size. Its width provides all the stability necessary and the shorter length make the board more maneuverable.

This board is projecting itself to be a favorite amongst inflatable race boards. It you enough stability to be in control when conditions get choppy, yet is fast and tracky to cover distances quickly. With the extra stiffness of the carbon stringer in the bottom and the narrow tail, this board will make you question a hard board.
