Without much surprise, as the favorite to win this race, Michael Booth won his third consecutive win and fourth of the summer on the Eurotour in Scharbeutz this weekend on the 8 kms long distance race held Sunday morning in parallel with the Mercedes Sup World Cup running during the same weekend. In second position came Italian racer Leonard Nika (who was the winningest athlete last year on the Eurotour) followed in third by Mo Freitas from Hawaii.
Olivia Piana also took her third straight victory on the Eurotour managing to fend off the German powerhouse and local Sonni Honscheid who took second place. In third position came Dutch woman Petronella van Malsen.
Congrats to the Dream Team again for these impressive results.
